If you want to post a news article post a valid link to it also. Plus make sure it is not old news. Otherwise it will be deleted.

If it's posted by Andrew Sheets, then it's subject to deletion. Period. He is supposed to be banned from leoaffairs.

    Thumbs up Lawlessness

Andy Sheets has been officially banned from leoaffairs. If he were a law abiding citizen, then he would respect the request of the owner to stay away from this website. However, Sheets refuses to stay away because he is lawless. His behavior is obviously compounded by some mental health issues.

Mod 1 banned both Andrew Sheets and "copwatch" because it is anti-cop.

You can't always tell who posted it.

Prior to the ban, links to copwatch were smeared all over leoaffairs. Forunately, copwatch links are now deleted.

Exclamation Illegal copyright infringement (theft of intellectual materials)

    1. It is copyright infringement to paste entire news articles onto leoaffairs. Doing that is theft of intellectual materials.
      .
    2. However, it is legal to copy-and-paste 3 to 5 sentences of an article, and then post a link to it, to allow people to read the entire article.
      .
    3. It is legally prudent for the owners of leoaffairs to delete copyright infringements -- and to prohibit posters from stealing the intellectual work of others.
      .
    4. The leoaffairs moderators are in legal compliance with civil law when they delete stolen intellectual materials. They are appropriately doing their jobs.
