I won’t necessarily defend it because I haven’t seem it, but from the description I read sounds foolish but somewhat harmless. No due process, no review, no investigation, simply:

His verdict?

Sent to IA, quick, hush, hush “investigation” so thorough IA fails to interview the civil and employee and the judge, before giving fatty a BS write up and boot back to patrol.


Hmmmm, which one seems more like a racist?

Which “leader” covered it up versus, immediately firing the employee?
