a question for you folks. Almost everyday all day long there is a PP police car in front of Luna Cafe at 8400 block of 49th St. Is that place a high crime spot or is the food just good there? I appreciate the help, my mom lives right down the road.

Ok thanks, the police car is unmanned and we never see a cop in the parking lot, so we thought it might be a dummy car parked there, since its there all day long.
