    Question Using the cameras that are mounted on top of all major intersections

    In the map, if you click on the blue icon (with a camera icon in the middle of it), then you can look through any of the cameras at all major intersections in the city and county.

    QUESTION: Was anybody issued an instruction manual or were you only given the link?

    No manual is issued. Civilians have access to it too.
