Question With medical shortages, who should receive limited medical care?

If hospitals are overrun with too many patients, then who should get medical treatment, if there isn't enough to go around? Should the young receive priority medical treatment, since they have more to offer society than the old? Or should it be like a military triage, where those who are most likely to survive receive medical treatment first?
