Chief judge Rosemary M. Collyer of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court criticized the FBI over its surveillance-application process and gave the FBI until January 10 to develop reformed solutions, based on the findings from Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz.

The order came after the release of a withering report about the wiretapping of Carter Page, a former campaign adviser to President Trump.

"The FBI's handling of the Carter Page application was antithetical to the heightened duty of candor," Collyer wrote in her four-page order."

This impeachment represents an unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power by Democrat Lawmakers, unequaled in nearly two and a half centuries of American legislative history.

The Articles of Impeachment introduced by the House Judiciary Committee are not recognizable under any standard of Constitutional theory, interpretation, or jurisprudence. They include no crimes, no misdemeanors, and no offenses whatsoever.

• A ranting and raving Congresswoman, Rashida Tlaib, declared just hours after she was sworn into office, “We’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna impeach the motherf****r.”
