We actually did speak to a couple who works there. Not only are they happy with IUPA but they would never go back to PBA. And, the husband used to be a PBA rep.

My husband is a BSO Sheriff. They absolutely hate IUPA. Regarding switching. In fact, they are currently in discussion of switching back! Oh ohhhhhhh. Lol
