Pinellas Sheriff Files Lawsuit Over Problematic AR-15s

    https://www.baynews9.com/fl/tampa/ne...lematic-ar-15s

First of all Adams Arms is bankrupt so Bob as a lawyer should know there is no money to be had to pay off lawsuits. That
means the lawsuit he is bragging about is strictly for public relations purposes, to lead the voters to believe that he is taking meaningful actions to protect their money. Complete BS to cover his administration and protect his political career.

Secondly his brass was bribed with rifles to approve the Adams Arms contract rather than buying from a reputable AR manufacturer. It was a bad decision which wasted $301k of the taxpayers' money. Bob forgot to mention that at the news conference because the lawsuit plays so much better politically.

If you have proof of this then you’re morally obligated to report it to state and federal investigators as a true whistleblower. But you don’t so you won’t because it’s all rumor bull$hit. You need to STFU with your lies, scumbag.

Your right we should just give them a pass for selling us defective guns. Then you would complain and say the sheriff is in bed with the company and wasted money on the guns because of kick backs...your such a predictable little buffoon. You will switch back and forth on positions just to oppose the sheriff.

To whomever reported this post: he has a lot of brass in this department. The post does not specify which brass. The particular brass being discussed is not named nor are they easily identifiable. Plus, please remember the higher up the "brass" is, the more of a public figure they are and the more that is open to discussion.

If you have any questions please feel free to post it here or email me at mod1@leoaffairs.com.

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

The proof is in the lawsuit. The proof are in the records of ATF transfers of rifles to certain brass. How appropriate is that alone? Would it be appropriate if we purchased 100 Chevrolet Tahoes and the Fleet Manager got a super deal on a brand new GMC Denali? That didn’t happen by the way, just an example. And there is plenty of proof that there were better AR manufacturers who had less expensive quotes. The one who knows most of those details conveniently was motivated to quit and then was black listed from law enforcement work. The members of Training who were there when these crappy AR’s came in were conveniently booted from that unit or quit the agency. How ironic is that? The brass knew that the Adam’s Arms AR’s had severe issues from the first day they arrived. I’d like to know exactly what caused the sheriff to dump these pieces of crap nearly four years later. What was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Sheriff never said. And when exactly did they discover this great failures. Four years too late I’d say.

False, Adams Arms has FILED for bankruptcy. It has not been granted. Bankruptcy can protect Adams Arms from creditors but the Judge will determine any assets including the owners personal property which can be ordered for settlement. It was smart of the Sheriff to do this now before the bankruptcy is granted.
