Well once again the Great FTO program at FAU has done it again . Yet another experienced qualified officer has left FAU!! SHOCKING!! So far they have lost Lieutenants and cops with experience and continue to run the Department with little to no man power . They continue to hire outside people for high positions due to promises made and they all leave . Now they have 1 nitwit Lieutenant in charge . What a joke !! Everyone thought when the new DC got there things would change but she’s to busy looking in the mirror , bragging about her education and talking about where she came from . Speaking to people at school board say she was in love with herself there also . She would be better off as a guidance counselor or principal then a cop !! It honestly seems no one cares about how short handed they are as long that they get to keep their titles.

Don’t worry. She is just a placeholder. He will get rid of her as soon as he thinks it is safe to put one of his favorites in the position without being too obvious. She will get the “we are going in a different direction” line.

I’m sure she was hired on her outstanding experience and not just as a favor to a friend. I would bet he promised the job to someone inside the department then went around that person’s back and hired her. That is his typical method.

Her days are numbered.

The DC was hired for one reason only - who she's married to; certainly not her operational experience!

It would be nice if she'd come to work on time. She must think she's still working for her husband.

The best thing she can do for the department is stay in her office and conduct threat assessments, and stay out of everyone else's way. I can't bare to hear, "Back at the district we did..." one more time! The school district PD is another F Troop organization which trades their rejects back and forth with FAUPD. Ours go there and theirs come here! These people can't get jobs anywhere else.

If the message isn’t clear enough yet, Brammer does not care about any employees except for the ones in his circle. He does not value you! He will always have another person to take your place. Remember, Brammer is paid from two FTE’s. He makes his hundred thousand plus per year. Sleeps at night off weekends and holidays along with his crew. As long as they do not have to do the grunt work they are happy. Every night that goes by without a phone call is another win for his team. Out of every Chief I’ve seen come and go, he is the worst FAU has ever had. He has done the most damage and has lost the most employees of out of everyone. As always, shame on you Sean. You have screwed over a lot of good people that once had your back! I remember in a meeting your new Captain said you are worse than President Trump! I have more respect for him than you!!!
