    Blended Jurisdiction Incompetence

What a cluster fu#@ for citizens. Apparently, NO DEPUTY will come out unless prospects are excellent to make an arrest. Or to give a ticket. A political arrest. No more giving a guy a little talk or a girl, eh? Those traveling bad guys, running or biking between CPD and PCSO. They know what they're d
oing. Let's see, it's apparently cool to do everything possible to turn the female at a scene into the perpetrator or in some way to blame for whatever has happened. Tell us how Bob trains you guys to wrie reports. I estimate 50 per cent of you are this kind of a-hole.

    Dear OP (aka Dildo),

There is no blended jurisdiction. CPD has jurisdiction within the City of Clearwater unless it falls under the Mutual Aid Agreement. PCSO has jurisdiction anywhere within Pinellas County. They are just responsible for calls in unincorporated areas or contact cities. No one can tell a deputy not to do something in a city. But under certain circumstances city police must offer a case found outside of their jurisdiction to PCSO before arresting someone. That usually doesn’t happen. But one day a giant fist will make its way up some city cop’s ass from a lawsuit.
