You do know municipalities do not charge several gallons of water before it shows up on your bill but then can roll into the next bill.

McDrunky wants candidates he can control. He’s already manipulated the blogger by using his hatred for certain people to keep him from seeing and blogging facts. The facts to the blogger are only centered around his hate for one side rather than who actually benefits the city. Puppet Master is doing all he can to regain control. Blogger too blinded by hate to see it.
McDrunky’s candidate has a closet full of skeletons he can’t wait to use to control him if he’s elected. He’s got all the dirt and Arid-Man can’t see how he’s being used. McDrunky has him blinded.
McDrunky has Sissy blinded and is so low, he doesn’t care he’s using a sweet older lady.
