Many road patrol officers and detectives are requesting to transfer to the new open SRO spots due to burn out from the road and case loads as detectives. Many officers/detectives prefer the daytime hours Monday thru Friday weekends off with their families & all holidays off with their kids. No traffic crashes to work. No offense reports. The cake schools will be the elementary schools which are already staffed with Grand Pa cops whom are already doing all the work at the school. For the same above reasons many road sergeants are also stabbing each other in the back to become SRO sergeant's.

Apply with LCSO. They are hiring for SRO and are definitely looking for guys/gals. Several of your former officers are soon to be hired as SROs.
