Tom Lemons was smart enough to pick up on the fact that the sheriff sent out his "finally" we have hit the 2 million dollar mark only after the money was exposed by Commisioner Champion. Ask yourself where was the video at the million dollar mark? We all know the sheriff never misses a chance to toot his horn. The reason is simple he was appealing the budget and did not want it known.
