    F. O. I. A.?

Does anyone know if FDLE is exempt from the 119 Statues or do they just think they are?

Can you be more specific as to your request and the time taken to comply? This is an interesting thread:

They are going to try and figure out who you are, even though public records requests are supposed to be confidential. When the request comes in for a certain thing, you can bet they are trying to guess who it is and what they can do.

So why would a state agency that investigates Public Records violations do such a thing? This topic certainly needs to be looked at to see if they are indeed complying fairly IMO.

They are not there is a retired SERGEANT or Lieutenant from Davie P.D. Scott McInerney that thinks he's king shit. Probably will until he faces a few Federal Judge's. He picks and chooses who he thinks is going after FDLE and it's his job to make it as difficult as he can to retrieve the records that are open to the Public.

He was one that always strived to be a fed and could only make it to FHP.

How would one go about making them give up public records? The obvious is an attorney but if they hold up every public record you could go broke fighting for your rights. Does anyone know if you win do the judge's make them pay your or your Attorneys fees? That maybe would curtail what they know they are illigally doing?

I had the mispleasure of chatting with this guy the other day. He definitely thinks he is the s**t. Give an a**hole a little power and they think they are all that. See you in court Scottie! Typical South Florida A**hole!

Integrity- Doing what's right, even though you don't have to (the old FDLE).

Shady- Doing whatever you can to abuse the system or avoid doing what's right because you can get away with it.

Couldn't agree more. Worked with many honest FDLE agents in my time. Now you have flunkies from agencies such as Davie PD and there job is to be as CORRUPT and cover as much Corruption as possible until a Judge orders differently. Then what do they care it's us, the taxpayers footing the bill anyway.
