Hmmmm spoken like a true Pasco supervisor. Try taking a few of the holding calls for us then look at your comment.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I meant no disrespect. I do not work for your agency.

Just looking for some advice regarding the questions asked and disqualifications. Thanks

You need to listen to the advice here. You are taking a great personal risk starting in an agency that is sooooooo bad. You certainly wont change it and are lining yourself up to get victimized by supervisors or management who have no idea and if they go after you on a whim it wont be them who is made to look bad. Under the present leader it looks like over 75 million dollars in stolen property disappeared in Pasco. Some of the investigative reports Ive seen are pathetic at best and who looked them over and approved them? Supervision.

[QUOTE=Unregistered;2750213]I know that recently there was an announcement that Pasco is looking for depts and being that im just not happy with being in the work environment that I'm in, I've actually considered it. Now what are my chances given that I'm in my young 20's, getting my associates and working on my bachelors even though I've tried weed a handful of times, I'd actually wait more than a year. Being honest with the investigator wouldn't be any issue and I'd be willing to tell them the truth because one way or another, the truth will be revealed. Any insight is appreciated, thanks.[/QUOTE

Pasco destitute of leadership. Try anywhere else, if you are not having any luck, apply at the PSO. But be sure to exhaust all other options.
Believe me, we need good people, but like our first President said...."I cannot tell a lie."

JUST ASK ANY OF THE FINE DEPUTIES THAT HAVE LEFT.

    ASK THEM WHY THEY LEFT.

    1. They will tell you it sucked (both attitude and pay)

    2. They will tell you the training was so - so

    3. They will tell you command screws people. If not now, they'll get around to it.

    4. If you need a 4th point, you absolutely belong in PASCO.

    Good Luck!
