After the appeals court rules against Knight (and they most certainly will), then Knight will either have to obey the court or get thrown in jail for contempt of court. However, what makes this kind of arrest different is that Knight cannot bond out of jail on that kind of charge (you can ask the SAO about it). Even Plank was able to bond out of jail, but Knight won't be able to! Knight can only get out of jail by obeying the court.

Knight may be hostile, emotionally unstable and vindictive, BUT we are betting that he chickens out and will finally decide to obey the court, in lieu of facing the public exposure of being arrested.

If Knight refuses to obey the appeals court, then exactly how would Knight be arrested? Which of the following applies:
- Knight would be allowed to turn himself in to the jail to be arrested
- Kurt Hoffman escorts Knight and hands him over to the jail to be arrested
- the warrants section is assigned to pick him up and bring him to jail

Wouldn't it have been more prudent of Knight to keep deputies at security checkpoints (and allow CCW permit holders inside, if that's what Knight believes should be done), instead of completely abandoning security checkpoints to allow all guns access to court buildings? It seems like dereliction of duty or an abdication of responsibility. Exactly when is the appeals court going to make its ruling on Knight's actions?
