Well the govs budget is out and he wants us to have a 5% pay raise. What the shocker is that he is giving lots of love to the COs. He is upping thier broadband from 28k to 33500 and then a 10% on top of that. That will be almost a 9k raise on the bottom end for them. What sucks even more is that they will be making more than our officers with 20 or less years. Its great to be apart of ag these days. Oh and according to the budget ag is lossing 2 spots this year. Like we really need to work the ramps with less. Have fun boys and girls working more with less pay that most state LEOs and no more help. These supervisors will be cracking that whip while they sit in thier offices.

There ain't going to be no mass exodus. You can work here and just write tags down and play on your phone all shift as trucks drive by. There's no accountability like FHP or FWC and it ain't dangerous like working in a prison or on the road. And you can thank the incompetent administration for the budget cuts because they chose to let all of the specialty units and productivity decline over the years instead of being bothered by exhibiting leadership. Ag Law's benefits to the state and general public have long faded thanks in part to the same idiots who couldn't even get the fleet order right for V8 Dodge Chargers.
