Soto has for years and years talked the house about everyone in that place and yes even about so called friends of his. He loves talking about how everyone is lazy and doesn't do anything, but yet the funny part is that HE is the lazy POS who has been doing NOTHING but kissing MAJOR A** (no pun intended) since he's been there. That place is a joke and always will be, because of people like him. Hopefully the new regime will see through his BS and finally get him out of there. Too bad having parade planning skills on his resume won't really get him a nice gig elsewhere.
