So Aquino/Rolle on public record and on recording stated Murguido was acting as a private citizen, and blocked Doc from filing a complaint, but then Aquino/Rolle gets the city to defend Murguido when Doc sues him in his personal capacity.

And Homestead fails to produce the second email above document getting sued for open records violation and losing.

Having a meeting in Manager Gretsas's office with Porter, Rolle, Wright and others discussing trespassing Doc before the August meeting. This coupled with the lack of a report from the July incident, which Wright said in August he was trespassing Doc for his comments at the July meeting on video!

Wright escorted Doc out of council chambers, then chased him down blocking his access, why not trespass him then?

Not to mention the critical story Doc published on Wright the night before the August meeting.

Plus how do you even "lawfully" trespass someone from City hall, particularly if they never broke the law, and be dumb enough say it is based on their comments from a month ago, while knowingly being recorded?

Don't we have an open meeting law in Florida with right to access?

Yeah Doc is an a**hole, but damn guys we swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, which has a little thingy called the First Amendment.

You fools just gave Doc a slam dunk conspiracy and retaliation case.

Man this just gets deeper, we already lost big time, when we they cut bait?

Then with the recent false arrest where the idiots all lied on their affidavits and/or under oath, all on video or transcribed with charges dismissed or soon to be.

Then trespassing Hill and word on the street is the ACLU is taking the case, great now we are all racist.

Well their goes our raises for the next decade or two.

At least we can pop some popcorn and watch the fudge fest unfold.
