Anyone is better than Nocco which is sad because most of us had hope for him after years of White. Nocco proved his lack of leadership, which resulted in him bringing in Harrington to "run" the agency has turned it to crap. They are firing or forcing people to resign for absolutely no reason and this resulting in lack of experienced cops. Not to mention the crazy amount of money wasted on On Polution which has never worked, the laptops, the body cameras, the cell phone, etc etc. This place is a freaking joke and they're ruining lives, careers and overall public safely.

The Republican Party in Pasco needs to be dealt with carefully, for they are the ones who swept this under-qualified hack into office on their shoulders.
