It is one thing if you are driving under 20 mph over the speed limit but if you are driving 100 mph on your way to work weaving in and out of traffic regularly then that is reckless driving and putting other people's lives in danger. I used to see a Hollywood cop do that every Friday I happened to be on I-595 on his way for the 10 pm shift. He has numerous close calls and was lucky not to have been involved in an accident. In cases like that they should be ticketed. Look at the police chases that are called off due to it being too high risk in some cases. Driving 100 mph to or from work should be viewed in the same manner.
