City Trustees do what the Mayor wants, Fire Trustees do what the powers in charge want ( Promotions granted ) and OUR Trustees do what the higher ups want ( Laps in charge, double promote dictates ) Promotions follow !

You are so right!!! The Lawyers have been sucking on the Golden Cows teats for many, many, years and nothing changes when they get new ones except the names and faces ! The cash register keeps going ca ching over and over !

The cash value of a pension is around $1 million, even more if you are of higher rank and made more money. So $1 million of your money is mismanaged and you are overcharged stupid fees. Everyone should run for the board in order to kick out the current trustees who are too cozy with the pension fund manager. This is your money at stake here.
