The school system covered that ground.

Pinellas led a collaborative agreement with all law enforcement agencies, and arrests decreased 30% from one school year
to the next. Additionally, Pinellas law enforcement agencies are ranked second in the state for the use of civil citations, which offer students an alternative to the juvenile justice system.

I'm sure the mayor will step up for SPPD officers.

7/30/2015 I don’t believe residents within District 7 or in south St. Petersburg are under any false illusions that the Times has a vested interest in the positive direction of our [community.]

8/20/2015 In spite of their own in-depth investigation into the academic failure of black children, The Times encourages us
to vote for [a criminal] but not because she would be an effective advocate for the residents within District 7.

I'm not sure how the Times feels about it but using your significant other (shared mtg) as the investigative reporter on your story seems to lend itself to biased outcomes. Dispassionate reporting, nahhh.

They got a mortgage together in the far south side. Being that Michael LaForgia and Cara Fitzpatrick are a domestic unit, did they dabble in the neighborhood schools and then go home and screw?

Lessons in Fear: Tip of the Iceberg

They bumped up publication, it's in todays paper. The focus is on weak school administrators not providing school security & fudging the numbers. Anyone in the know can tell you the coalition lobbies for weak administrators they can control.

Sixteen or so SPPD officers are SROs http://www.pcsb.org/Page/3970 The School Brd picks up 1/2 the cost and sticks SPPD with the other 1/2.

Easy fix. Pinellas School Brd should fund and furnish their own campus police and quit tying up SPPD resources. That'd make 16 officers available for sorely needed street duty.

Problem. The gogo coalition wants to use SPPD officers as SROs so they can water down their effectiveness by going thru the backdoor to the mayor and police chief. (Come on chief, how many times have school principals and asst principals called you for coalition favors?) The chief and the mayor are part of the problem with school insecurity & fudging numbers. Until campus security is under the sole jurisdiction of the School Brd, city admin is the weak link.

Poli-tricks, the false panacea for safe schools

The Pinellas school district is aware that some Southside principals engage in poli-tricks. Crime isn't down in St. Pete schools, the principals have just hidden the true picture. That's why the Pinellas County School B o a r d needs to remove SRO control from Mayor Kriseman and Chief Holloway.

Principals and SROs: Are Their Views in Harmony?
    https://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Content...r-%281%29.aspx
Do principals and School Resource Officers have the same views on school safety?
Politricks: More often than not the school principal's focus is on image, power, control and money, rather than on reporting crime and implementing security procedures to protect students, staff and school property.

    Politricks in action

Nine Miami school police officers swore affidavits in 2012 testifying to facts and circumstances where they were instructed to hide felony robbery, felony burglary, felony drug dealing, and felony assaults carried out by black male high school students in the school district.

I thought that was Donnie Williams. No doubt there for one of the many "babies" he has running around. What a poster child for FN dirtbag of the millennium. He's what's wrong with southside St Pete. Alleged leader of the community who slings dope and promotes criminal activity at his self proclaimed "van club" GoD and that fat slob Harmony turned a blind eye and promoted his criminal behavior.

Hey Donnie, what ever happened with that young black female that OD'D at your "club" and you took the "unattended death" report (as a Major) HMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Hey Donnie, how did your assigned firearm get left in the possession of a 17 year old criminal, stolen by that same criminal (your nephew) and used in a crime HMMMMMMMMMMMMM (we know you only received a memo of counseling..how fitting)

Hey Donnie, What ever happened to that long lost drug investigation where you were moving cocaine from the bar on 16 Street South?? HMMMMMMMMMM Good thing for you (at the time) Luke was the IA Major and GoD was Chief.

Your a dirty crooked fu@#er taking advantage of your own community!

But guess what???? Some retirements are upon us and there's proof that will be revealed. Ready to read about it??? Are you outside of the statute of limitations?????? We'll see you POS.... more to come
