Chief
Finally, it caught up to him. He said he is retiring but the Authority retired him, he has been a chief since 1995 but that was only for a select few, for the others he was a bully. Not everyone had a fair shot with him all on account of his ego and malice towards some. The Sheriff's Office only has room for one a$$ and that is taken by one that is highly qualify by meeting the requirements. How about pressure washing?

Paul F Sireci
There are a lot of good people at our department and many who were able to retire early or join another agency. Justice finally prevailed and the legacy of Paul F Sireci is this: Management by fear and intimidation just leads to contempt. Thank you to so many fine officers for taking a stand on this corruption.

I wonder if the chiefs mouth started quivering when the authority told him to get the f@ck OUT?

Just like the time he got in an altercation with a construction employee during refurbishing of the Communications Center. This is unbelievable that a guy with this type of character has gotten away with so much abuse!

So we have kids provided M16 rifles in a secured area of the Tampa Int'l Airport by Chief Paul F Sireci. The children are not hunting or engaged in sportsmen shooting. They also are handling long guns specifically issued by the military to Tampa Airport Police Department. This is a violation of Florida Law and nothing has been done to prosecute the Chief who committed this offense. In fact, the Chief posted photographs of these children possessing these dangerous long guns on Facebook. The incident was reported to the press and a day later Sireci took down the photographs. In the meantime, nothing happened, but today we learned he and an assistant chief voluntarily resigned. The Aviation Authority offers no explanation and there is speculation a police captain may be forced to resign any day now. It's time now to notify the ATF so they can investigate, found out the truth and prosecute Sireci and his supervisors that allowed this to happen. Perhaps there could be additional charges against a Public Information Officer for failing to be transparent and notify the proper agencies so they could do a quick assessment of the situation and decide on criminal charges against Sireci and/or airport management/public information

This is a police department that has only one position for minorities within it's rank structure. Can't wait for a cpl. to retire so another minority would get a chance for advancement. The authority is clueless to the wool that was pulled over their eyes!! Good riddance!!!
