So what's the latest update on Sgt. M on B-Nights Healthcare??? I heard that he got caught with his hand in a pretty blonde cookie jar. She supposedly scooted out of the line of fire by claiming that she's separated from her husband. What about Mr. Arrogant?? Being that this is his second time being called out for canoodling around with a female subordinate, will he get a pass so that he can go for number three?? Check out the video footage of him being camped out on her posts and hanging out at baseball games and bars with her. Bob, the cameras don't lie...

Now matter how you slice it, this constitutes an improper relationship between a supervisor and a subordinate, regardless of anyone's martial status. This is the reason Sgt. M was moved from Healtcare to C-barracks. They had to split them up once they became aware of this improper relationship which was affecting the workplace, giving her preferential treatment, etc. etc. Sgt. M has always been a player but I hope IA has enough this time to slap him down hard. He is one of the poster problem children of what is wrong with the jail supervisors. Too much free time on their hands so some use it to chase tail. Improper relationships and preferential treatment practically everywhere.

Hope he retires because G was never supervisory material and can't even be trained as such.
Didn't he meet his wife when she was in the academy? Sgt. dating a recruit and eventually marrying her. Transparency my ass!

That's how it happened. Sgt. G pretty much had his pick of the litter on females from multiple academies.

Which brings up another interesting item. Recently Captain M stated that Sheriff Bob said there is no statute of time limitations on GO violations. Case and point, they demoted Cpl. AC to Deputy after they found a 3 year old photo of him sleeping on duty on Cpl. N's phone (Cpl. N was fired). Then why not investigate and demote Sgt. G for dating a subordinate which is improper conduct between a supervisor and a subordinate?

The hypocrisy and double standards in this agency are outrageous. The management is morally and ethically bankrupt yet they expect their subordinates to act ethically and morally.

Neither one of them were married and she had been out of the academy for a few years before they started dating.

Sgt Freytag was a decent Sergeant and was always available to assist her staff members. Her personality was a little different but she did her job

She has the personality of a rattlesnake just like her father, the chain smoking and coffee guzzling Lt. Freytag. How that moron made Lt. is totally baffling.

They are all cut from the same cloth nowadays and parrot the same boilerplate nonsensical answers taught by the administration. None can be trusted or counted on to back you up. They will sell you out in a heartbeat to protect their own skins or if they think it might enhance their careers and promotional opportunities. Their goals are to stay as far away from the floors and risk as much as possible.
