There are a lot of bad cops at MDPD no doubt, this is a statistical certainty when having such a large operation as MDPD.

To be investigated by Homestead helping the FBI. That's just beyond the pail. I'd look closely into that. If Det. Aquino, Chief Rolle or certain other from HPD hands are on it the investigation is tainted. Hope they are the main witnesses or investigators.
