    Don Bailey Incident: JV was OIC on the East side because Sgt RD was MIA (as usual). District 1 went 31 on vehicle and was ordered to break it off. JV observed them chasing the vehicle still and ultimately a crash occurred. JV went looking for video to screw another cop.......surprised? Nope....not if it will benefit JV....

    Say what you want about the dude, at least he had the guts to hire a lawyer and sue RB and the City for DW fixing test exams like he has been doing every time he is involved with the test. Just like they taught DW when he failed his one and only promotional exam. Everyone complained about what he did but only JV had the guts to do something.
