Scandal: There Is NO Incident Report for the Michael Brown Shooting!

For those of you waiting for an incident report from the shooting of Michael Brown–stop. There isn’t one. Ferguson police say that they did not file an incident report on the shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown because they turned the case over to the St. Louis County police almost immediately, according to the county prosecutor.

According to St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert P. McCulloch, police chose to release the incident report from a “robbery” in which Brown is a suspect, as well as security video, because that’s all they had. The St. Louis County police department may have filed one, but those documents will not be made public until a grand jury investigating the murder concludes its investigation.

Unfortunately, zoomed in footage of the video they provided seems to show Brown paying for the cigarillos. In fact, the store owner spoke out through his attorney and clarified that neither he, nor any employee called police. A customer, in fact, placed the call because he or she thought the store was robbed. Ferguson police asked for the video. “‘During the course of Ferguson’s investigation, the police department from Ferguson, came to the store and asked for to review the tape,” Ferguson Market’s attorney explained.

Interestingly, there is no dash camera footage, either. Ferguson does possess dash cameras, as well as body cameras, but is too cheap to actually install them.

Accounts of the shooting greatly differ. Ferguson police say that Brown attacked Wilson in his car and then ran away. By their own account, Officer Wilson began firing at Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson as they fled–though they say that no bullets hit Brown while his back was turned–something that is heavily disputed by the results of an independent autopsy.

Allegedly, Brown turned around and ran toward the officer who was shooting at him–though his injuries are consistent with the teenager’s arms being raised. At least one bullet entered “back-to-front.” The only wounds that were not caused by bullets were abrasions on Brown’s face from when he fell after the final shot was fired.

Many are desperate to believe the police account. On Tuesday, the Gateway Pundit “broke” a story that Darren Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture of his eye socket during his confrontation with Brown. The blogger presented some damning evidence: a CT scan that purportedly showed the fracture. What he didn’t mention is that the image is not of Wilson, and is from the University of Iowa (though he was careful to scrub that information from the image).

The Ku Klux Klan and other groups of white people have joined forces to support Michael Brown’s murderer. Together, they have raised more than $200,000 to reward Michael Brown’s killer for ridding the world of another “typical low-IQ Negro.”

Texas police chief shot, killed in line of duty
By Mark Wilson, San Antonio Express-News
    Updated 5:28 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2014

The Chief of the Elmendorf Police Department was killed while executing an arrest warrant Saturday morning, according to police.

Michael Pimentel was gunned down just before noon near 1st Avenue and 9th Street where he had been waiting for the man named in the warrant to come outside the house to arrest him, according to Sgt. Jason Burchett, who is now the acting police chief.

Bexar County Sheriff Susan Pamerleau said the suspect, identified as Joshua Lopez, 24, is in custody. He will face a charge of capital murder of a police officer...

"Every day police officers throughout the state risk their lives to protect their communities, and tragically sometimes they make the ultimate sacrifice," McCraw said. "On behalf of the Department of Public Safety, our thoughts and prayers go out ot the family of the chief."

National statistics show an uptick in the number of officers killed this year, he said, with Pimentel and 72 others dying on duty through this time in 2013. That is up 24 percent from last year."

I have no idea what the President of the United States of America or Holder has to do with the topic, but this should bring it back in line.
    ---------------------------------------------
The murder of Michael Brown has been everywhere lately, and debate has followed it at every turn. Compounding the debate is the fact that the story itself is so confusing…facts and accounts so disparate, spread so far and wide that a certain degree of confusion on the shooting isn’t just understandable…it’s expected. Expected by the Ferguson County PD anyway, given its relentless disinformation campaigns.

The following is a composite of four different witness testimonies, giving a not just seamless, but overlapping and consistent eye-witness account of what happened from moment to moment the day Michael Brown was shot and killed.

•All witnesses apart from Dorian Johnson confirmed as having no relationship to Brown.
•Brown and Johnson walking down street.
•Police car pulls up, and stops with its driver-side door within inches of the two. Close enough that it couldn’t fully open without hitting them.
•Officers tells the two “Get the f*** on the sidewalk.” No mention of “freeze” or “halt.”
•Johnson tells officer they were “not but a minute away from the destination.”
•Officer tries to open door “aggressively,” hitting both Johnson and Brown with it before the door had come “an inch out.”
•Officer extends arm from window, and wraps arm around Brown’s neck. (Officer in SUV, high enough to reach)
•Officer attempts to pull Brown in through SUV window in a headlock-style maneuver, with crook of elbow locked around the back of Brown’s neck.
•Several witnesses confirm seeing struggle at SUV window, with at least three saying Brown was definitely attempting to pull away.
•Officer reaching for his gun with free hand.
•Johnson reports that the officer said “I’ll shoot, I’ll shoot!” while still grappling with Brown. He says the weapon discharged then, with the bullet possibly going up and out of the window. The number of total shots fired has not been released by police.
•The other witnesses say the first shot came after Brown broke away from the police officer’s grasp and started running away with his back turned. The timing of the first shot is the primary internal inconsistency with Johnson’s testimony and the other three witnesses. The rest is undisputed.
•The officer got out of the vehicle and started chasing after Brown. When Brown was about 20 feet away, the officer opened fire, reportedly shooting Brown in the arm the first time. As he chased, he continued firing, striking Brown at least once in the back or the arm. Verified by forensics and multiple eye-witness accounts.
•Brown, realizing he’s hit, stops and turns around with his hands in the air.
•All witnesses verify that Brown was standing still in a posture of surrender.
•Johnson reports Brown as telling the officer to “Stop shooting, I’m unarmed.”
•At least two witnesses verify he had his hands up.
•Officer continues to advance, firing his weapon as he does, hitting Brown as many as three times in the right arm, and once in the chest. Multiple witness verification.
•Witnesses report officer still firing even as Brown doubled over from the chest and arm wounds.
•Officer fires two shots to the head, the last being from the top of the skull and exiting through the face, confirming that Brown’s head was down with the top pointed toward the officer. Consistent with witness testimony that he had crumpled from previous shots.
Medical examiners have determined that Brown could have survived the first five shots with medical treatment. It was the final shot to the top of his skull, the coup de gras delivered as Brown was crumpling to the ground, that killed him.

    Summary

By all witness reports, Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson (from no less than 20 feet away) shot a fleeing, unarmed teen with his back turned, and then advanced to deliver an unnecessary killing shot to the head while said teen was visibly incapacitated.

Ferguson Incident Report From Michael Brown Shooting Materializes, Despite Claims it

Surprise, Surprise, there is an incident report on the Michael Brown shooting, after all! After a long battle with journalists, civil liberties groups, and protesters Ferguson police have finally released the report, which was previously said not to exist.

The county prosecutor previously said that Ferguson police did not file an incident report from the shooting of unarmed African-American teen Michael Brown because the case was immediately turned over to St. Louis County, but a report has materialized.

If you were expecting to learn something from the heavily-redacted and mostly-blank document–you’re not. Police have blacked out vital public information, leaving the majority of the report covered or blank. The most important pieces of the report, the victim’s name and a description of the events–are, of course, missing from the information released.

The American Civil Liberties Union says that the released document violates Missouri open records laws. “They are breaking the law,” said Tony Rothert, legal director of the Missouri ACLU. Where St. Louis County’s incident report only said “who, where, and when,” this report doesn’t even contain that much information.

“I’ve never seen an incident report that didn’t contain a description of the incident, at least on some basic level,” said Don Tittle, a Texas civil and criminal attorney. “It makes you wonder if they don’t want to commit to a story.”

Does anyone on that department know what the hell they are doing?

Officer Wilson Formerly Worked for Police Dept. Disbanded for Racism and Corruption

Yet another poor non sequitur attempt at hijacking the thread topic by the last post.
So once again lets steer it back in the right direction shall we?
    ----------------------------------------------

People are wondering why the department is providing little-to-no information regarding the homicide.

Thus far, Ferguson has, weeks after the shooting, released a heavily-redacted incident report they initially claimed did not exist because the case had been turned over to St. Louis County, who filed an information-free report of their own. When Wilson was revealed to be the murderer, Ferguson cops made public a video they claimed showed Brown robbing a store–but the store owner, through his attorney, said that he nor any employees reported a robbery. In fact, police did not see the video until after Brown was dead in the street. In any case, he does not believe that the person allegedly committing strong-arm robbery is Michael Brown.

The Ku Klux Klan and other people have set up funds to collect reward money for Wilson, in any case.

    But who is Darren Wilson?

Darren Wilson’s first police job was in the small town of Jennings, MO–and the police department had such a troubled history with racial tensions between white officers and black residents that the city eventually disbanded it. Three years ago, every single officer–including Wilson–was fired, and new people were hired in an effort to regain credibility with residents.

After his termination, Wilson applied and was hired in nearby Ferguson. Things were going well for Wilson–until August 9, when he gunned down Michael Brown. Since the shooting Wilson has disappeared from the public eye, and is silent about the shooting–though many are willing to speak on his behalf, including a certain blogger who fraudulently claimed Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture as a result of his confrontation with the unarmed teen. Even the spirit world says that Wilson is innocent, according to a right-wing “Christian” psychic and astrologer.

The Jenning police department was, like Ferguson, mostly white despite a majority of African-American residents. “It was not an ideal place to learn how to police,” the Washington Post noted. According to officials, Wilson kept a clean record with no disciplinary action–unsurprising, given the department’s history.

According to Rodney Epps, an African-American city council member in Jennings, racial tension was rampant in the police department.

“You’re dealing with white cops, and they don’t know how to address black people,” Epps said. “The straw that broke the camel’s back, an officer shot at a female. She was stopped for a traffic violation. She had a child in the back [of the] car and was probably worried about getting locked up. And this officer chased her down Highway 70, past city limits, and took a shot at her. Just ridiculous.”

Police faced numerous lawsuits for using unnecessary force. Cassandra Fuller sued the Jennings police department after an officer beat her on her front porch after he became incensed by a joke in June 2009. A car smashed into her van, which was parked in front of her home. The officer asked her to move her van. “It don’t run. You can take it home with you if you want,” she answered. The officer threw her off the porch, knocked her on the ground, and kicked her in the stomach, Fuller said.

The department paid Fuller a confidential sum to settle the case. “It’s like a horror story in my mind. I never thought a police officer would pull me off my porch and beat me to the ground, for just laughing,” Fuller said.

On top of racial tensions, the department was dealing with institutional corruption on a grand scale. A joint Federal and local investigation determined that a lieutenant was receiving federal funds for DUI checks that never happened.

In March 2011, the city council voted 6-1 to shut down the department and hire St. Louis County to run its police services with Lt. Jeff Fuesting as commanding officer. “My impression is he didn’t go above and beyond, and he didn’t get in any trouble,” Fuesting said of Darren Wilson.

He said of the department before it was disbanded, “There was a disconnect between the community and the police department. There were just too many instances of police tactics which put the credibility of the police department in jeopardy. Complaints against officers. There was a communication breakdown between the police and the community. There were allegations involving use of force that raised questions.”

Police in the area have revealed that racism is not a problem limited to Jennings or Ferguson. St. Louis officer Dan Page was revealed to have given a racially-charged speech in which he talked of his love of killing at an Oath Keepers meeting two years ago. An officer in Glendale, just fifteen miles from Ferguson, was suspended for his bigoted Facebook posts about the Michael Brown murder and the resulting protests. An officer working the Ferguson protests was caught on a racist Twitter rant about protesters, as well. Officer “Go F*ck Yourself” pointed his weapon at an African-American member of the media and loudly declared, “I will f*cking kill you.” A member of the National Guard, called in to “restore calm,” referred to protesters as “n*ggers.” Another cop was busted calling demonstrators “f*cking animals,” on top of all that. The list goes on–and this is just what was caught on tape and on social media!

A grand jury is currently reviewing evidence in making a determination whether or not Wilson will be charged for the murder of Michael Brown. The Grand Jury, unsurprisingly, is mostly white.

To repeat myself from a post on another topic, you can always tell when fact based truth hits home hard. No logical counter points or facts are offered up by the other side of the ilse. All that is offered is ad hominem attacks and poor attempts at humor.
Sorry that the following is going to drop your knuckle dragging jaw to the ground as the words WTF come out.

Do not need a thesaurus to communicate me thoughts to someone. You on the other hand needed "spell check" to know how to spell "thesaurus".

Now here is the one that will have you throwing your empty PBR cans at the wall and have you pound your keyboard with your fist.

I am a 57 year old Irish-American male. ( Guess that kind of screws up your attempt at reverse racism Barney)
You are right are about one thing though. (hard to imagine isn't it) This is a great country, regardless of the actions by idiot officers such as yourself. Officers like who want to drag law enforcement down to an anarchical and dystopian state.

To quote the words of a famous crime fighter, "you knew the job was dangerous when you took it". Do a Google and see who it was.

So with that, you and the other Fife's have a fine day. And for God sake, please properly educate yourself in how to be a professional law enforcement officer, and not a uniformed vigilante.

Ferguson police chief to dumg to count or is just a liar

A few weeks ago the Ferguson police chief held his first press conferences regarding the killing of Brown. At that conference the chief was asked how many shots were fired by the officer. The chief responded that no more then a couple of shots were fired. A couple is termed as two by most people.
Now, a better number could have been arrived at if a simple count of the spent brass from the officers weapon had been counted. For whatever the reason the chief decided to go with, just a couple of shots.

Well possible new evidence has now come to light that may just prove that the chief is either an idiot who can not count or is an outright liar.

A newly surfaced audio recording allegedly captures the exact moment that unarmed teen Michael Brown was shot and killed by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

According to an attorney for an unidentified man who lives in an apartment building near the site of the shooting, the recording captures as many as 11 shots fired in the Aug. 9 incident.

The audio, which was played on CNN Monday night, could not immediately be verified by The Washington Post. But a burst of gunfire can be heard (six shots), followed by a pause, and then several more shots (at least four).

“He was in his apartment, he was talking to a friend on a video chat, he heard loud noises and at the moment — at the time he didn’t realize the import of what he was hearing until afterwards,” the man’s lawyer, Lopa Blumenthal, said in an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon. “It just happened to capture 12 seconds of what transpired outside of his building.”

According to Blumenthal, FBI agents came to her office on Monday to interview the man about the recording.

The 12 second-audio clip is the only using a cell-phone app that only records short excerpts of a video conversation. It captured nothing before the shots began and nothing after. The man, who would like to remain anonymous, has asked that the accompanying video not be shown, Blumenthal said in an interview with The Post.

She first learned of the audio clip through the man’s roommate, who is a former client, and she urged him to share it with authorities.

“He was there when the event happened,” Blumenthal said, adding that he initially assumed the noise was fireworks not gunshots. “He is a very private person and he his not seeking publicity of any kind whatsoever. He was even unaware that this tape was relevant to anyone.”

Neither Ferguson nor St. Louis County police have contacted the man or Blumenthal about the video. After interviewing him on Monday, she said the FBI indicated that they planned to speak with him again on Tuesday.

Autopsy reports conducted by St. Louis County and by the Brown family found that Brown had been shot at least six times, including twice in the head.

Now here is what I find very interesting about the audio. There is an initial sound of what appears to be six shots fired. A few seconds pause and another round of what appears to be four shots heard.
Now if this audio is found to be authentic it would collaborate the eyewitness accounts of several people. They state that the officer fired numerous shots at the victim as he ran from the officer. After being hit the victim stopped and turned towards the officer who kept approaching the victim and fired his weapon several times again.

What else is very interesting is that neither the Ferguson PD nor St. Louis County Police have shown the slightest bit of interest in acquiring a copy of the audio, just the FBI.

There is another possible charge that maybe waiting in the wings for Officer Wilson that could be filed with out the need of a grand jury.

The Ferguson Police Department withheld Wilson's name as the shooter for twelve days after the incident. During that time, Wilson was a very busy man. Not only did he go into hiding and go into police protection, he may have destroyed evidence as well. In short he would be guilty of obstruction of justice. Shortly after going underground, all of Wilson internet social media accounts started to disappear very quickly.

In fact all his immediate families social media accounts involving Wilson where deleted as well.
Now if it is found out by the FBI investigation that any of Wilson's accounts contained information involving the Brown shooting, he could be charged with destruction of evidence. That would also go for family, friends and co-workers who deleted Wilson's information that could be found as potential evidence.

If such is the case and it is found that the Ferguson PD told Wilson to delete his accounts then they would be looking at a charge of conspiracy.
Lets see how far down the rabbit hole goes in Ferguson?
