No Phil we got extra in good budget years before when some other state officers didn't that had left PBA those years before returning.

I guess he knows who he is. A couple of years ago, he wanted to get P.B.A booted out as the union. And in nine months, they were gone. All he wanted was them thrown out and they were tossed. Yep, he know who and what he wants. AND HE GOT IT. SUCKS TO BE YOU OLD PBA LOSERS. :lol:
