Charles chuck tear

Chuck Tear has taken over the Miami Beach Police Department Communications Unit. He claims to have commanded the special events and communications for Palm Beach County and Dade City Police.

Was he an effective commander or officer? Why did he leave?

Tear was a hot air ballon is Pasco County. Literaly and figuratively. Screwed a lot of hardworking career employees for his own benefit.

In my 10+ years I don't know of him commanding anything that was related to Dade City Police, someone might want to look a little harder into his back round!

I have worked with Chuck for a number of years in several places. He's a passionate leader and takes good care of loyal staff. His style is a bit different but very effective.
