Tampa PD has just over 1000 Officers, so really would it be unrealistic to suggest between eight and nine percent, ninety Officers, of their force is retiring in one year? On the other hand PCSO has just about 634ish Deputies, and has hired over ninety Deputies in 2014 alone, that's roughly fourteen percent of the entire force. Look at the rank and file members the majority have numbers above 7000, I guess the 4000, 5000, and 6000 series are all retiring, EARLY.

If you ain't happy in the kitchen, move on. Why do people think coming on here and making statements about being unhappy are going to change their lives? The world doesn't revolve around you or what you want. If you think another agency is so much better, then go. Apparently you can't get hired anywhere else so we are constantly plagued with your drivel about how unhappy you are. Poor you. It must really suck knowing that some little 19 yr old is just biting at the bit for his turn in your uniform. Look at the other agency websites and you see the same whining and crying. We get just as many coming from other agencies as we get going to others, so what. And please learn to spell morale if you are going to keep using it as your excuse.

Sounds like this is from Judd or one of his flunkies !! All of the pcso needs to be overhauled ! This includes firing all employees that currently work for the pcso . Judd must go and any officer who defends Judd must go . And any officer who is too scared to stand up against Judd for what is right must also go ! Pcso is a predatory agency focused on financial gain rather than public safety ! Some of these deputies do not even know Florida law !! I'm a citizen and was able to easily put a pcso deputy in his place when he told me certain laws and rights do not exist . So I pulled out the proof and he shut his dumb ass mouth got in his cruiser and drove off !! Not only are pcso deputies undertrained they are being used by Judd to terrorize Polk county citizens ! Grady built a 40 million dollar unneeded complex . All so he can have a nice office on the 3rd floor with big bay windows . So now Judd is making up these funds as well as a few hundred million more for his extreme spending by arresting innocent people and taking thier property from them when they've done nothing wrong what so ever . And in order foe these innocents to get thier stolen property back from judd the thief they have to pay thousands to rhe pcso !! What a great scam but it will end soon grady you are not untouchable nor beyond the law so get ready thiers a cell waiting for you and all your henchmen
