I doubt it. The dirtbags seem to get away with everything while the good ones get shafted. It all depends on if the sheriff or one of his ass smoochers likes you or not. It isn't likely that the ones who screwed subordinates, got drunk at work, or done whatever will ever face the harsh stuff. No, the ones with multiple disciplinary problems get dealt with accordingly while others, with no background, get axed.
