I would like to personally invite all Police, EMS and Security bicyclists to come to Tampa and attend the 24th Annual IPMBA Conference! Not only is this the premier Police/EMS Cyclist training event but also an opportunity to network with colleagues from around the country.

This year we have a unique opportunity as our keynote speaker at opening ceremonies will be Deputy Superintendent Neil Blackington of Boston EMS for an in-depth look at the events of April 15, 2013, when terrorists struck near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

This program will examine the bombings and emphasize the importance of pre-planning, training, and operational discipline during a prolonged, multi-agency event. You will gain a new appreciation for the importance of pre-planning, multiple casualty management, and inter-agency communications and operations.

Our annual banquet will be at the famous Columbia Restaurant which is located in Historic Ybor City and don't forget our annual competition to be held at Riverfront Park!
