You want new members?? Here's an idea.. how about cleaning the place up. Paint over the smoke stained walls from 100 years of smoking. It needs a make over asap. New furniture and get rid of that pool table..

I liked steak night! But how about doing a BBQ on a weekend or something different then a meeting night... informal ... let people come check it out

I have a feeling after today there may be more than a few who will entertain the idea of dropping the PBA. If you do not have exacts, who can be contacted for that informations?
