Two officers lay offed today, from the road think they been here maybe six months, what I don't get is tht the road gets payed off because of money but some of these special units a spending more money than the department has

Very sad the money willy has wasted is several million. Willy is still working with broward on jim shore shooting he wants james in jail.

Two many majors captains lt etc...... and willy. We seen this coming all has to be done is an assessment or get rid of dead weight.

If we just had security thats all we need. Any crime security could call broward or any agency to investigate, The tribe would save millions. Security does most of the casino work anyway. FBI and BIA could do any major crime inv. Sounds good council should look into this.

I agree with the guest, this place has taken a wrong turn for the worst, We now have a new assistant chump and whats going to happen pay him 120k to send out more lousy emails on leadership. Those emails have gone out for 3 years, Wilbur has been to all the leadership courses and FBI acadmy and nothing has changed so much of using what you learn. leaders are suppose to inspire people on doing things they never thought they could do, not here. Willy has no confidence if he did he would "promote within" not hire someone from the outside then promote them two days later. No one here in the past 20 years ever held the position of Major/assistant chief that was "home grown" with the exception of RR. Thats the MO in thsi dump, lets give all the freeloaders from BSO a job because SOMEONE doesnt know how to run a police department. Wiliard doesnt run a pd on leadership, he does it based on tyranny, appression and persecution. There is so much of a paper trail, either warranted or not, soley to cya and show the tribe they are getting their moneys worth. Ole Leisure Suit Larry was money well spent, brought him here for two years and he dipped, Ur right we could have secuirty do this job and outsourse the pd. While Hollywood is suppose to supervise a squad from 4-8 immokalee and bc have sergeants supervising 1-2 ppl, why do we have all these bosses, this place is garbage plain and simple.
