What's up with this guy? Word on the street is he's benched along with another guy for some real foul play out of town. What the heck?

WEST PALM BEACH — Two highly commended West Palm Beach police officers are under investigation by the Gainesville police in connection with their possible involvement in the reported sexual assault of two women there in September.
Detective Randy Nash and Officer Robert Hamersma were stripped of their badges, cruisers and service weapons and placed on administrative duty on Sept. 13, a day after Gainesville police began investigating the allegations. Two women claim they were assaulted by the officers, who were in the college town attending unspecified law enforcement training classes.

This kind of conduct did not effect the promotion of Robert Hamersma on October 14, 2014.
