Same as before. You'll have someone who lives 5 miles into broward, and works on the north end. Less distance from their house to the station than someone who lives in homestead, but works in the north end. So the Broward person gets screwed. I guess they just dont have anything better to.

Just that I don't understand them being able to take it home, regardless of where they live, and officers through sergeants can't.

I almost bruised a rib when I read that! I will say that there are a few LT's and Cpt's who worked hard to get there, but you can't honestly believe that.
