These are the monthly Stats in our first month together. They are so low it is embarrassing. Not 1 Misdemeanor arrest and only 17 Summons, No citations (PSA) 4 Felony’s, in Little Haiti! We are starting off on the wrong foot . I expect everyone to pull their weight and contribute to the primary function of a patrol officer which is to make arrests and write summons’. FTO’s I expect numerous summons and arrests in training your new officers. I want an immediate turn around. Document on your worksheets properly for Directed Patrols, Watch Over Miami Cards, Park & Walks, Homeless Encounters etc. My crew’s performance a reflection of my supervision. I don’t think it should be necessary for me to micro manage you. You are all veterans and need to improve a lot next month.

I do not see a quota, I see lazy officers.

You really are an idiot! The supervisor is merely trying to get his officers to work. There is no quota written anywhere. People like you are the problem in this department; you don't want to work. That crew made 1 arrest. Of course, the supervisor will send an email to bring up production. Now, you come here and start posting stupid comments like that, and you expect Crespo to jump on something like that. You need to become educated and realize what you are saying.

The sergeant should have, if he already didn't, meet with each officer and counsel them about their performance and looked at each person individually. By the names most of the officers are veterans and should know that their performance is unacceptable. However many of the officers on the list have a history of laziness.

Attn Crespo please expose this latest tactic forcing PO's to make bad arrests, write tickets for revenue $$$$ for King Regalodo , just to please NBO and Sgt Johnson ! Crespo come in Crespo, and expose all ! Notify the NAACP Haiti national alliance , and all the civil rights organizations !!! :roll:

THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT EMAIL....!!!...He's right...do your job...there's an immense amount of work in that area...lots of NVDL....kids ridin around like crazy in dirt bikes down 7 avenue.....narcotics arrests....panhandlers....prowlers at night on bicycles....I can go on and on.....do your job or QUIT...!!!
