Can one of you VIN guys explain how ray had anything to do with the Chief spending over $700,000 improperly?

FYI, chiefs can't spend a dime unless the city attorney approves it and commission votes on it first.

WOW corruption. All the DOJ reports never mentioned CORRUPTION. No findings at all mentioned CORRUPTION only the allegations that were not investigated because they were made-up from LQ and RF, two worthless cops that aren’t worth a crap. So ray ray stop posting lyes. DOJ didn’t believe them and Miami-Dade IA didn’t believe them either. Thats why their investigating you for making up all that crap in the first place. Lets talk about that. One of the cops that helped DOJ and the Miami Herald is now under investigation from Miami-Dade IA and DOJ for lying and misleading investigators and the other retired early to avoid all this. By the way all the officers and detectives mentioned in the DOJ report have been cleared of all wrong doing. how about that no one seems to be talking about that. by the way ray ray how did your interview go with IA last week. lol see if you spread lies they will come back to hurt you

Sucks that a few bad apples ruined your department and forced out a great Chief...you were lucky to have TH as long as you did.This is what happens when cops get spoiled. BHPD may soon be reminded what its like to have a puppet chief. Have fun with that.

Whats funny is LQ started all this because he was disgruntled for not being picked as the vin unit sgt position when it was created. I remember a time when LQ spoke of TH as if he was a god......WOW and yet TH still promoted him even he bad mouthed him his whole time working mids.

Yeah. He wasn't complaining when he was moving up the ranks or when is daughter wanted a job at the SAO and TH made it happen. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you!
