    It's sad how the WMPD guys get treated. No annual raises; no specialty units; road patrol has such a small number of guys per shift; they have to use FLPD D1 main channel; etc. I'm not sure if the solution is BSO, working something out with commission, or something else...but you guys should be better taken care of.

    Ha yea right BSO for one you will be on a channel that wont have any time for you. You think we have a small number of officers now wait and see if BSO ever gets in there you will have less. Yea on paper it will look great. Blame our great union for this contract
