Re: Internal investigations
Not sure James McLynas. Since you keep adding names to the list every time an officer is sent to your house, which averages 6x a month, I would assume this may take longer than originally expected. How are your pending criminal cases and DCF investigation going?

So it looks like the investigations are going well for James McLynas, and not so much for Laura McLynas.

Re: Internal investigations
Since when do police lieutenants originate police reports personally?? Unless they have a personal interest in the matter. If just gets deeper and deeper for RC.

Re: Internal investigations
Since when? Since Forever. i have Lt's that work patrol overtime occasionally, or if everyone is busy on calls they get sent calls. So if you are using that as your basis for foul play, youre wrong.

Re: Internal investigations
Your seriously suggesting that a district commander just rides around taking calls where your from ?? Umm Sheriff tell Aunt May things are a little different here. He only got this involved in cases he needed to influence for illegal or improper reasons. This guy has to retire. If the investigation runs it's course he could be arrested !!!!! And then his pension is gone. Declare surrender now RC and try to save your pension.

Re: Internal investigations
Yes, if they sign up for patrol overtime they handle a zone just like a patrolman does, if a report call comes in they handle it and write a report. Dunno if its normal for him but the fact that lt wrote a report doesn't independently prove anything.

Re: Internal investigations
If no other units are available, a Lt in my department will take a report without question and we have more officers than Clearwater. Lt's aren't royalty and their patch says the same as a patrolman's, so if the LT checks in service and is available, he's getting a call for service. Never had one yet tell me No.

Re: Internal investigations
On the 10-9-11 report filed out by Crean that James was arrested on there was NO call for service. Laura McLynas made a personal call to him on his personal cell phone and then met him at the main station and Crean wrote the report there. There wasn't even a call to dispatch. So much for him being on patrol overtime huh.
