    Dade County Cops/Broward residents

Fellow brother and sister(s) in Law Enforcement If you reside in Broward County please vote for Scott Israel for Broward Sheriff. The Broward PBA would not let the members vote on their choice for Sheriff. The Broward PBA endorsed current Sheriff Lamberti without members input (Backdoor dealings). This is not Democracy, let's send a clear message that we Law enforcement Ofcr's have the right to be heard. Putting on that gun and badge and risking our lives gives us that right. Please take the time to vote and Vote Scott Israel for Broward Sheriff. Thank You and God Bless. Brother in Law enforcement.

If I remember sufficiently he was a PBA darling like C. Crist but in any case I am shocked about the Crat moving in on a good Republican. But then again, we have enough problems of our own.

According to a reliable source: "Marano was offered and accepted a Deputy position with the BSO from Scott Israel and accepted therefore selliong out the entire PBA membership. Close Israel insiders confirmed Marano accepted the position which was all agreed too months prior to the Primary and General Election. He will be hired as a Deputy, Assigned to Communications and put on Full Release to the PBA for $90,000.00 a year."
