Lets be honest! His mistake was picking someone who works at the SAO. He should have gone after another deputies girlfriend. Then nothing would have happened...

The other "stalking" incident still has a pending 183. They never made an arrest on that one. Another example of selective prosecution/enforcement.

Maybe this guys problems will force them to do something with her pending 183. This fool used DAVID for personal use and was arrested for stalking and has other charges pending. Didnt she do the same thing? Her ex's girlfriend was harassed and yet no arrest? Rumor has it she looked the other girl up on DAVID over and over adn over.

Funny thing. After this deputy arrested the person she was stalking she made posts on facebook. We all saw it. Does she really think all of her "friends" are really friends? :roll: :lol:

So he gets arrested when another 183 for stalking, extortion, misuse of DAVID, and a few other things gets swept away with 120 hours on the bench? He is just going to use vacation time anyway to cover it like he did last year for the 40 hours on the bench when he let a gun get into the jail. Hey I want a month off with pay too!
This CST deputy on SW Charlie seems to think he runs this county... apparently he does since he got away with this!
