It will never work, to small of an agency. Keep this in thought, How long have you been working with just two officers on the road? How many years has the schedule been screwed up? How much money has been spent on scheduling programs, and how's that working out? Then you'll have a select few who are liked and will get what they want and you'll still get screwed. Besides you will have to find someone competent and unbiased to run the bids. Good Luck! :lol:
