New Jail IA

Have you looked at the new ail IA on the intranet? I just can't believe that these people tattle on each other like elementary schoolers. Now, I know she broke a rule, but don't their sergeants have the ability to counsel these people instead of a public IA over this crap. The IA reads like ( in my option) these other to deputies are a couple of B*^*ches.
Why is this important: because these jailers will eventually make it to the street, and turn on you so the "sergeant will like them better". Not that they need to lie or coverup any wrong doing. But, everyone is out to "catch a deputy" we don't need fellow officers after each other too.
