    The worst mistake South Miami elected officials ever made was to fire former city manager Mr. Randy Witt - retired U.S. Air force Brigadier General. They got played; amazing that Valerie Newman – Orlando Martinez's fairy god-mother – sways such power over the rest of South Miami elected official!
