    Off-Duty at New Stadium

Does anyone know what department worked off-duty at the Marlins event Friday as well as the Select A Seat event November 12, 2011?

It won't be MDPD......

Once the contract proposal is voted down, they are "supposed" to lay off 500 cops.

......at least that is what the brass at HQ is threatening.

    VOTE NO

guess what we are going to be sold out by our mayor because he used to be the fire chief and city manager for MIAMI, he will give our off duty away to the city that he loves and just be another in a long line of politicians that have screwed the county and its employees.

Hopefully we will be more of a department than just sheriff services because thats where we are heading.

80% of the details are going to be on the outside, except for the actual games. So we got Screeew again.

Rivera?? He will be at the game sitting next to Carlos Alvarez probably in one of the dedicated Marlin's suites - celebrating their stadium deal  If you can't find them, just wait to the "new" factor for the stadium wears out and they should be easily spotted among the 100-200 fans that will be there

The real screwing will come from retired Major Greg Terp that is rumored to be head of security at the new stadium. He is also a BLE classmate of Carlos Alvarez. Hmmm?
