FHP Brass Has a Serious Problem

It is obvious that due to a prior incident at FHP, Trooper Watts feels like she "owns" FHP and can do what ever she wants. FHP is obviously scared to do anything to Watts for fear of a lawsuit by her. So FHP has a serious problem now with a Trooper who thinks they can do whatever they want.

    1. When told to cancel the "pursuit" she turned of her lights and siren and then proceeded to "chase" down a police car at extremely high speeds. (We don't even know if it's the same car.)

    2. When she got behind Off Lopez, she was told to get the car number and that the Agency would be called. She continued to attempt to pull it over.

    3. After the stop, she was told that if he was in uniform, to just get the "name and contact." She proceeded to handcuff and detain this officer for 45 minutes.

That's at least 3 Direct Orders that Trooper Watts refused to obey in a matter of minutes. If she gets away with this, there is no telling what she will do next, or what she will refuse to do next.

But you see, Baker Watts still thinks putting a gun in a uniform cops face was necessary I am sure. And if they do not do something and she goes baker again, THAT law suit is going to cost a lot more than her suit. AND vicarious liability attaches to those who failed to supervise a loose cannon wearing a gun.

Let her sue, it's obvious she's an over zealous female dog in heat that applied for a badge to draw her firearm at anyone. Once she's fired and hopefully charged with agg assault with a deadly weapon on a LEO, she will never be able to carry and that will disturb her more than any money she may receive from her suit, if found to have merit. She'll eventually pull a gun on someone as a civilian and, well we know where that will land her...

With the FHP Col. sending an email saying putting a firearm in a uniformed cop face is OK, FHP Brass, IS THE PROBLEM.
