    I just had a brief encounter with him and he seems some what arrogant.

    IF CPL MORGAN WORKS FOR PRVETARA I FOUND HIM TO BE A GOOD GUY WHO IS EAGER TO A GOOD JOB AND LEARN EVERYTHING HE CAN.
