    Oh right. I live in north county and have seen your "deputies" in action. I wonder if they even know they are in law enforcement because they act more like social workers afraid to make an arrest. you guys are pathetic if thats a reflection of your entire agency. absolutely PATHETIC ops:

    i'll take the pcso deputy any day over the sorry job cpd is doing. at least pcso is a professional organization.
